This brand new town home (built in the summer of 2006) comfortably sleeps eight and is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, you're only a quick walk over the dune to the ocean. Sleeping accommodations include queen beds in both the master and guest bedrooms; two twin beds in the second guest room; and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This child friendly* home offers a relaxing atmosphere that includes a river-rock gas fireplace to add some warmth and ambience on those cooler northwest evenings.

The Living room includes TV/DVD/VCR and surround sound stereo, with wireless Internet throughout the house. A covered deck and gas grill make the outdoor area perfect for relaxing with morning coffee and for family barbecues. The house is equipped with 4 bikes with helmets for a family ride through the quiet streets of Village and surrounding Pacific City. The house also provides outdoor warm water for those of you coming in off the surf.

Portable crib, Stroller, Kitchen high-chair, Step stool in bathroom, kids plates, drink cups, utensils and safety covers on electrical outlets.
